David Titsch is principal architect-in-charge with over 50 years experience in architectural design and management of a broad range of projects, i.e., churches, schools, libraries, office buildings, health, medical, financial, commercial, governmental, retail, restaurants, recreational, elderly housing, golf and social clubhouses, Fire/EMS facilities, multi-family, condominiums and residential.

Mr. Titsch’s considerable experience in architecture extends beyond hundreds of projects in various Florida jurisdictions to Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, New York, Colorado and Wisconsin. His role as CEO includes design, marketing, client relationship and overseeing sound business judgment for the firm.
